Mini Minds Co. – Client Agreement & Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing to enrol your child in Mini Minds Co. classes. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all, please read and agree to the following terms:

1. Class Details

- Classes are suitable for the age specified at booking.

- Classes days and times will be set and any changes communicated with as much notice as possible.

2. Fees & Payment

- Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical).

- Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

3. Behaviour & Safety

- Children must be accompanied to and from the venue by a parent or guardian.

- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s behaviour is appropriate during class.

- Mini Minds Co. reserves the right to withdraw a child from the programme if behaviour consistently impacts others' experience or safety.

4. Cancellations

- In the rare event a class must be cancelled by the instructor, you will be offered a make-up session or refund for that session.

5. Health & Wellbeing

- Please inform us of any health concerns, medical conditions, or additional needs before the first class.

- Children must not attend if they are unwell or have been sick in the last 48 hours.

6. Child Protection

- Mini Minds Co is committed to ensuring a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all children. All classes are led by an instructor who holds a current PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) certificate. Any safeguarding concerns that arise will be handled professionally and in line with recognised child protection guidelines.

7. Photo & Video

- We may occasionally take photos or videos for marketing purposes. A separate consent form is provided.

Mini Minds Co. – Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

Please read carefully and sign to confirm your understanding and agreement.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that while all reasonable precautions are taken, participation in Mini Minds Co. sessions involves some risk of physical activity, and I accept full responsibility for any injury or incident that may occur.

2. Medical Conditions

I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical information, allergies, or additional support needs relating to my child. I understand it is my responsibility to update Mini Minds Co. with any changes.

3. Emergency Contact

In case of emergency, I authorise Mini Minds Co. staff to seek appropriate medical care for my child. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me as soon as possible.

4. Personal Belongings

I understand that Mini Minds Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought to class.

5. Release of Liability

I release and discharge Mini Minds Co., its instructors, and any associated venues from any claims or liabilities arising out of or related to my child’s participation in the programme.
